Second Opinions
Second opinions are very common and we encourage all patients to seek referrals prior to spine surgery. We accept all requests for second opinions and will discuss with the patient all possible surgical and non-surgical treatments available for their spine problem.
An office visit is always the best option for second opinion because we can perform an in-depth history and physical. However, we recognize that some patients, either because of distance or medical condition, cannot travel to Beverly Hills. Therefore, we will perform a telephone consultation prior to your visit. A telephone consultation requires you, the patient, to submit recent MRI, CT, and x-ray imaging along with a health history questionnaire to our office. One of our physicians will then call you to discuss your spine condition and possible treatment options.
